"This was my first time at Cutler and I had such a great experience with Paris! I came in for a highlight service and she absolutely nailed it. I was a little nervous since I had a specific result in mind, but she listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered. The quality of her work is incredible and my hair looks beautiful. On top of that, she was so fast without compromising the result. For such a precise service, I was surprised at how quickly she worked. If you're looking for someone who is skilled, efficient, and truly understands what you want, ask for Paris. I've already found my new go-to stylist!"

"I had an appointment at this location, and had requested a haircut consisting of a couple of inches taken off the bottom some layers and face framing. This is the first stylist I have seen since living in NYC, and was incredibly nervous it would go awry... and it did. I did not get to see the haircut once it was completed, as this stylist immediately started styling my hair (I wonder why!!🫠) Once the styling fell it revealed an uneven, jagged and poorly blended haircut. The face framing is choppy, very thick, and much shorter than requested. Unfortunately there is no way I can style my hair down now, as nothing I can do will hide the cut. For the $140 this service cost, the result is absolutely unacceptable. The stylist should have known that she messed up (especially given her tenure) and instead did nothing and said nothing, just covered it up and sent me on my way. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this salon to anyone."

"I had a great experience at Cutler with Alexey. He is clearly very skilled at what he does. My hair is very fine and usually difficult to style in a way that looks good, but he did an amazing job and made it look beautiful. I’m really happy with the result and will definitely be going back to him from now on. Highly recommend!"

"Madeline gave me a fabulous blowout style at Cutler SoHo! The blowout was flawless:smooth, bouncy, and full of volume. My hair felt great and I received many compliments! The appointment with Madeline was so relaxing from the time she washed my hair and gently massaged my head to giving me a fabulous look! If you want a great stylist- look no further!!
